crashed toys/qcsa dealers?

I just received notification from QCSA/WreckedToys.com thay I'm not allowed to bid on an item that I'm looking like a winn bidder on. They've said they'll allow me to broker the deal with a dealer they're lisenced with - does anyone know any local dealers who might be willing to do such a deal?
