When (where/how) will forms be available for 2013 race licenses?

Check after new years, I'm sure they'll post up all needed info with time to spare for that.

Look for a forthcoming press release. We have some big changes this year. :)

No,
The board will do a final review of the rulebook this month and by the 31st it will be sent off for publication. If you have any questions regarding the 2013 rules or rulebook I will be more than happy to answer them. Please do contact me if you think a rule change will effect you 2013 race program.
