Officer’s reports:
 President: Tony Baker-
 Must be a bike night cause it’s raining. September meeting
 Last round is coming up this weekend.
 Corner worker appreciation…. We are low on numbers anyways so BRING stuff to the last round. Part of the reason is hot weather & President duties, Insurance, Schedule, we conflict with usba a little but we look at 0ur needs
 Rule change meeting member in put what we should do changes of any kind
 Nominations for the following season
 Tony will not be running for prez after next year…. Tony has been on the board for 10 going on 11 years
 Start looking at the people who are going to advise or support the Prez as we create the new Board they are going to lead the new Prez & the future
 We are moving away from our Database & scoring it will transition into a new system
 Expect some changes…. January hopefully will send & email blast to let you know how to do things… you will sign up for you Licenses, races… etc….
 Looking forward to building for next season
 Was this year better than last? We knew what we needed to run an event Started the season with 54k in the bank but we have lost money on events
 We will have a 7rd season…. We have been managing to the economy Last year we had an 8 race season & this year we did 7 & made that work.
 We have a good understanding of what the cost is month to month is & what
 Superstreet… do we keep track of if they paid, voucher or whatever?? Yes
 We are sold out for the 2ndrace in a row
 If we sell out on Superstreet & have to turn people away how is the growth of the club going to work
 We have not turned away people that have walked up
 When we had 37 people show up the quality of the product was not great, instructors, track time etc
 We are aware of it & are watching it
 Who is willing to shorten our races to accommodate the Superstreet races
 Do we want to become the Superstreet Organization?? We want the club to stay alive & get new peo0le involved .
 This is a new problem for us & we are working on it
 Limit the amount of times a guy can race before they are told they can’t run it anymore? We talked about that in the beginning but we don’t want to turn them away
 We need their $100 to breakeven or come close to that
 Giving an incentive to the racer that get a Superstreet guy to licenses up
 Adopt a novice or Superstreet guy?? If you want to do that the board will have suggestions but it usually falls through

 We had 4 Superstreet convert over
 If yo0u’re an old member & want to race this weekend it is only $75
 212 Licensed racers
 Contingency was done Friday after the event
 Oscar is offering contingency for the last round
 Texas Tbone will be doing their special again for us

 Last round most people have crashed take a look at your bikes to be sure they are in good shaped

 Treasurer: Lisa Gaimara-
 Took a loss of $3800
 $5500 walk ups
 It takes 30k to run an effective race weekend at HPR
 HPR Is about 10300 to 10800 per weekend
 Pueblo is $7000
 PPIR is $11000 but we get to keep the garage rentals
 At the end of R5 We were at a loss of 5k for the season

 Sign in after the meeting.
 If your novice hours are not paid off, or worked off by Sunday September 16th when the race day is over you will be removed from all the results for this season.

 Thanks for helping sell out superstreet again!! Thank you for all of the instructors
 Superstreet riders converting if all of you can help make this a great experience for them so that they want to come back next year. Go to their pits hangout talk with them, talk about their bikes
 Cornerworkers make superstreet happen they do something for the cornerworkers make it specialnfor them.
 Double points weekend don’t let it go to your head have a good weekend.

 Cornerworkers- have a challenge for everyone
 A rider went & spoke to his sponsor they are giving $1000 worth of sun glasses
 If they weren’t there all weekend we wouldn’t race
 Will have a bucket
 Rain-We do race in the rain @ PPIR if it will be a fast storm we will wait it out but if it is going to beblong we will race in the rain

 Rider Reps:
• PR: Louden David – Have done 1 show for Faster in the last month
• E-display
• 33% came from the E-displays
• CW Appreciation Bodywork for a 2005 Kawi ZX6 money will go to the CW auctioning it off it is on the forums

• Rulebook: Shannon Moham – 2 Garages left hit up Moham if you want them
• Rules meeting To Be Announced thinking about Sat Afternoon

• Trophies: Aaron Fisk- Trophies will be in the garages again. If you have toooo many trophies & don’t really want them take them to the shops or even to your own sponsors
