Dave will randomly select a class before the start of each race weekend, ALL classes are eligible.
The highest finishing racer that meets the following qualifications in that race class will receive $100 cash.
Requirements:
1) STM Suspension must have provided a full suspension service to the parts being raced for the 2013 season. *The service window opened in October of 2012 and will go through the 2013 season. A list of eligible riders will be maintained by STM Suspension and may be published on the STM Suspension website.
2) Riders applying for contingency agree to purchase all suspension products and services through STM Suspension for the 2013 season
3) *The bike competing for contingency must display STM Suspension stickers on the forks and on both sides of the fairing
4) *The rider must list STM Suspension as a sponsor for the purposes of printed results, announcements and press releases
5) *Riders winning contingency agree to allow their image, name and story to be used by STM Suspension for promotional purposes
6) Riders that are fully sponsored by STM Suspension are not eligible for contingency
6A) *In the event that a fully sponsored rider is the*highest finishing rider in the selected class, the contingency award will go to the highest finishing non-sponsored STM Suspension equipped rider
