Former MRA fleet unit, I believe. Includes box, instructions, plug in charger, bike mount and transponder itself.
I've owned it for a year or so and it has been taken care of, charged and discharged once a month. Holds a charge for several days.
$250 cash for MRA folks. Pick up at my house in Winter Park or we can make other arrangements. My paypal isn't taking money just yet, but I'm getting ready to sell a whole bunch of stuff so that should change shortly.
