I really really want to go, i even have monday the 8th off because i was planning on doing the lapping day at HPR...

But i need to buy a new front tire and then get the front and the back switched out and I'm still waiting on my rear tire to ship, I need a new windscreen (easy), member up with the AMA and USBA(easy) and I need to safety wire my bike in order to pass tech. SOOO, if I can get Terry Skogen to help me safety wire my bike and get my tires taken care of then I can go, so I can't pull the trigger just yet. I will let you know ASAP.

USBA offers license reciprocity to anyone that has a current MRA license as well.

Based on glancing through one of your other threads it sounds like you have only done the 1 superstreet MRA race ata Rd7 so far. If so, you would likely need to do the New Racer Experience on Sat and then you can race on Sun. It's not a big deal and I believe it can be used in place of the MRA New Racer School you were planning to take in April in order to get your 2013 MRA license.
