Officers reports:
President: Tony Baker-This is our July meeting
Encouraged about the season we are not losing money
It would be cool to get all of the licensed racers to come out to the same race
Pueblo went better than expected, Course conditions on the Monday before our race weekend was worrisome. Thanks to Pueblo for taking our suggestions
We were planning on running the North course but there have been members not wanting to do that. Evaluate course condition on the Friday track day
We would like to see a strong turnout for the last 3 rounds
We will have significant costs during the off season
We need a new Database & timing & scoring stuff
Vice-President: Jim Wilson-
Contingency forms fill them out correctly, be sure you actually run the product & that they pay in that class
Abate BBQ huge thank you to them it was great!!

Every bike coming through tech has been in good shape

HPR R3 Came out ahead 1298
Pueblo R4 came out ahead by just over 1700
Wee in the black as of now. If we could get all of our licensed racers to come out at one time we would be doing awesome

New Rider Director: Jeff Brown Super Street numbers have been great & we are getting new racers out of it! Keep that going to help us bring in money
New racers, 1 on 1 school
Track Marshal: RayRay Gaimara-
2284 for the new 4wheeler or quad we are ½ way there if someone wants to match it that would be awesome
Huge thank you to the CW it was 105 out at pueblo
CW Appreciation will be that last race weekend @PPIR
We do get the guys from HPR come out & work our HPR events
Ray will set up the bucket in the race day office

Edisplay- Performance cycle approved they have basic skill classes for the kids Sam Coleman Runs a youth program for teens in Aurora, if you dont work or would like to help contact Sam Coleman Abate is going to come help out

Endurance fees worked into the sprint costs as well

We will pull the membership. We will do what we have to do for the rest of the season
$150 for a licenses cause we are over half way through the season
Novice hours if you buy a license mid-season you only have to work 2 hours
