President: Tony Baker-Welcome to the May Meeting.
Hope you had a good experience for the 1st race
Had some challenges but Ray stepped up & looks like everything worked out

Whatever you did to get yourself or your friends signed up worked we appreciate it!
New configuration- have had requests to run it that way again next year, it changed breaking points & lap times
Talked about running west course turn 13 CW bunker could be in a bad place
We would like to look at running Full 2, west 1 & north 1 for 2013
Had to pump up the air fence, flag was flying proud! Able to give props to gene & his family
Crossing hot pit, you have to have a photographer pass, or race licenses, unless you’re a board member no need to go over the wall we have an ambulance
Speeding in the pits is not tolerated… we will continue to in force it
Had someone push their bike in counter course not a good idea or safe! CW have the radios you don’t if someone had to start from hot pit lane or had a late start you could get very hurt! Don’t want that to happen
We hope to have the schedule on one side & the main expected of rules
