My street bike developed a leak in the radiator core, 2001 CBR 600 F4i. I live on a dirt road and it looks like some gravel got kicked up and over the radiator and got stuck in the fan shroud. The rocks got between the tube and shroud and wore a hole in the tube.

Any suggestions on someplace to get this repaired or somewhere to get a used / new replacement?

Thanks,
Jon

If you are in the Denver area, try steeles cycle for a cheap replacement. They havea ton of used parts.

Called Steeles this morning and they didn't have anything. With 60K on it the fins aren't great so I was thinking about replacing it, but thats a little cost prohibitive at almost $500. The dirt road hasn't helped that, wish I had put a screen on it. I've had a few rocks get stuck and stop the fan when it's kicked on and popped the fuse.

I haven't had much luck trying to get the County to pave to my driveway.
