Late arrivals

Do they close the gates at a point during the evening at the tracks. I will be leaving after work Friday, and won't arrive until 9ish. Can I get inside PPIR? Or do I have to wait at the outside gate?

Or call someone "inside" when you get there and they can drive out to the gate and the weight of their car will open the gate for you.
